Keyword Grouper

Paste a keyword list from any tool, with search volume if you have it. The grouper clusters keywords that share important words and phrases, so you can plan one page per topic instead of one page per keyword.

How to group keywords

  1. Paste your keywords, one per line. Add search volume after a comma if you have it.
  2. Set the minimum group size. Use 2 for short lists and 3 to 5 for long ones.
  3. Add any words to ignore, such as your city or brand name, if they appear everywhere.
  4. Click Group keywords, review the groups, then download the CSV.

Why group keywords?

Search engines understand that “dental implant cost”, “price of dental implants” and “dental implants charges” mean the same thing. Creating a separate page for each one splits your effort and can make pages compete with each other. Grouping lets you build one strong page per topic that covers all the variations.

Check intent before you finalise

  • Same words, different intent: “seo course” (learn) and “seo services” (hire) share a word but need different pages.
  • Different words, same intent: “charges” and “price” may land in different groups. Merge them by hand.
  • Quick test: search two keywords on Google. If most results are the same pages, they belong on one page.

Frequently asked questions

How does the keyword grouper work?

It breaks each keyword into words, ignores filler words and the main topic word that appears in most keywords, then groups keywords that share the most common two-word phrase or word. Plural and singular forms are treated as the same word.

Is this the same as SERP-based clustering?

No. Paid tools can group keywords by checking which ones show the same Google results. This tool groups by shared words, which is fast and free and works well for planning, but always review the groups and merge or split them where the search intent differs.

How should I format my list?

One keyword per line. To include search volume, add it after a comma or tab, like “dental implants pune, 880”. You can paste straight from a spreadsheet.

How many keywords can I group?

Thousands. Everything runs in your browser, so the list never leaves your device.

What do I do with the groups?

Treat each group as one page or one section. Use the highest-volume keyword as the main target and work the others into headings, FAQs and body text naturally.
