Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This privacy policy explains how 93Digital collects, uses and looks after personal data when you visit 93di.com, fill in our free growth audit form or contact us. 93Digital is a digital marketing agency serving businesses across India. We have kept this policy short and written it in plain English.
Who we are
93Digital runs the website 93di.com. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are responsible for deciding how and why the personal data described in this policy is used.
For any privacy question or request, email contact@93di.com. Our postal address is Spring Meadows Business Park, Rasoolpur, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309.
What we collect
The free growth audit form
When you request a free growth audit, the form asks for:
- your name
- your website
- your phone number or email address
- your main goal
The form also records the page of our site you sent it from, so we know which page led to your enquiry.
Each submission is stored in our website’s WordPress admin area and emailed to the 93Digital team.
Spam protection
The form includes a hidden field that people do not see or fill in. It helps us filter out automated spam.
To stop the same visitor from sending the form many times in a row, our server briefly stores a hashed form of your IP address. Hashing turns the address into a scrambled code, so the address itself is not kept in readable form. This hashed value is stored for one minute only.
Free tools and email reports
Most of our free tools at 93di.com/tools/ run in your browser and do not ask for personal data. If you ask us to email you a report (for example a website crawl), we collect your email address, the tool you used and the website you asked us to check. We use your email to send you the report link and to follow up about the results. We only send you SEO tips if you tick the optional box for them.
The report itself (the pages we checked) is stored on our server for 7 days so your link works, and is then deleted. Your request is saved in our website’s WordPress admin area as a lead. To have it deleted, email contact@93di.com.
Email and WhatsApp
You can also contact us by email or WhatsApp. When you do, we receive the message you send along with your email address or phone number. WhatsApp is run by a third party, and its own privacy terms apply to messages sent through it.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- reply to your enquiry
- prepare the free growth audit you asked for
- send you follow-ups related to your enquiry or audit
- send you the report you asked for from one of our free tools, and follow up about it
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data.
Your details are used by the 93Digital team for the purposes listed above. Because form submissions are stored in our WordPress site, they are held on the servers of the web hosting provider that hosts our site.
How the website works
93di.com is built on WordPress and hosted with a web hosting provider. It uses a caching plugin, which helps pages load faster, and an SEO plugin, which helps manage how our pages appear in search engines.
Our fonts are self-hosted. They load from our own website rather than from third-party font services, so viewing our pages does not send your details to a font provider.
Analytics and advertising
If we add analytics or advertising tools to the site, we will update this policy to explain what they do, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond to them, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
The hashed IP address used for spam protection is kept for one minute only.
Email reports from our free tools are deleted from our server after 7 days. Tool leads (your email, the tool and the website) are kept like other enquiries.
Your rights
If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over your personal data. In general terms, these include:
- Access: the right to ask for information about the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correction: the right to ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data.
- Erasure: the right to ask us to delete your personal data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Grievance redressal: the right to raise a complaint with us about how we handle your personal data and have it addressed.
- Nomination: the right to nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
To use any of these rights, or to raise a complaint, email contact@93di.com.
The rules made under the Act may set out specific steps and timelines for these requests, and we will follow them as they apply to us. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may be able to approach the Data Protection Board of India.
This summary of your rights is for general information only and is not legal advice.
Visitors outside India
Our services are aimed at businesses in India. If you visit from another country, the data protection laws where you live may give you different or additional rights. You can send any request to contact@93di.com, and we will consider it in line with the law that applies.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email contact@93di.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new tools to the website. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
