How parents choose a school online
Most parents start with Google and Maps: “CBSE schools near me”, “best schools in Whitefield”, “ICSE school admission 2027 Pune”, or simply your school’s name. They compare fees, board, distance, transport routes, facilities and reviews, often months before the admission window opens.
Your website and Google profile are usually the first look a parent gets at the school, before any visit or call. If timings, fees structure, admission dates or the location pin are missing or wrong, the enquiry goes to another school.
Problems we fix
Not showing up for “schools near me”
The campus is missing from Maps, sits under the wrong category or has very few reviews.
Admission details are hard to find
Dates, age criteria, the process and fee structure are buried in PDFs or WhatsApp forwards.
A slow, outdated website
Large photo galleries and old templates make the site slow on parents’ phones.
Mandatory disclosure out of date
Board-required documents missing or old on the website, which parents and inspectors both notice.
Every branch looks the same online
One page for a group of campuses, so parents can’t tell which branch is near them.
Enquiries lost between channels
Calls, forms, WhatsApp and walk-ins aren’t tracked, so you can’t tell which channel brings admissions.

Mandatory public disclosure on your website
CBSE-affiliated schools have to display a Mandatory Public Disclosure section on their website, with documents such as recognition, NOC and building and fire safety certificates, in the format at Appendix IX, under clause 2.4.9 of its Affiliation Bye-laws, 2018 as amended by CBSE Circular No. 03/2021. In January 2026, CBSE again told schools to upload and update these disclosures by 15 February 2026, including the fee structure, Class 10 and 12 results for the last three years and teacher details, and said non-compliance may attract action under the affiliation rules (Careers360 report, January 2026).
We set this up as a clean, findable page and keep it updated when documents change. Requirements differ for other boards and states, so we check the current rules with your school office before publishing.
Digital marketing for schools: an admission-season checklist
Use this list three to four months before your admission window opens. Each item is something parents notice.
- Admission page live and dated. Classes open, age criteria, key dates, documents needed and the process, on one page, not only in a PDF.
- Fee structure clear. Parents compare fees early. A clear fee page, or a clear way to ask for it, saves calls.
- Each campus on Google Maps. Correct name, category, timings, phone, location pin and recent photos for every branch.
- Mandatory disclosure up to date. Linked from the home page and current for this year.
- Fast on a phone. Compress photo galleries so pages open quickly on mobile data.
- Enquiry tracking in place. Calls, forms and WhatsApp tagged by campus before the season starts, not after.
- Reviews answered. Reply politely to recent reviews, and never buy or reward reviews.
Free tools for the season: the QR code generator for admission brochures and banners, the WhatsApp link generator for a one-tap enquiry link, and the accessibility checker to make sure every parent can use your admission pages.
The searches we go after
| Search type | Example | What the parent wants |
|---|---|---|
| School name | “[school name] fees”, “[school name] admission” | Details before calling |
| Board + area | “CBSE school in Wakad”, “ICSE schools near Andheri West” | A shortlist nearby |
| Admission timing | “nursery admission 2027 Bangalore” | Dates and process |
| Facilities | “schools with transport in Noida sector 62” | Practical fit |
| Research | “CBSE vs ICSE”, “age criteria for class 1” | Early research |
How we work
- Audit (week 1). Website, Google profiles for each campus, reviews, disclosure page and nearby competing schools.
- Plan (week 2). A written plan built around your next admission window.
- Build (months 1–2). Website and admission pages, campus listings, tracking and the first parent guides.
- Admission season and beyond (monthly). Updates for dates and fees, new content, optional campaigns and a monthly report.
When to start
Start at least three to four months before your admission window opens. Fixing Google profiles and the website shows results fairly quickly for your school’s name and nearby searches. Broader area searches take longer. We don’t promise rankings or admission numbers.
School digital marketing: FAQs
When should a school start digital marketing for admissions?
Ideally three to four months before the admission window opens, so your website, Google profiles and content are in place when parents start researching.
Do you work with CBSE, ICSE and state board schools?
Yes. The approach is the same; what changes are the searches parents make and the disclosure requirements for each board.
Can you set up our Mandatory Public Disclosure page?
Yes. We build a clean, easy-to-find page in the format your board requires and keep it updated. We confirm the current requirements with your school office before publishing.
We have several campuses. Do we need separate pages?
Yes. Each campus should have its own page and its own Google Business Profile, so parents searching nearby find the right branch.
Can you get us more Google reviews?
We help you ask parents for honest reviews at the right moments. We never buy, fake or reward reviews.
Do you also run admission ads?
Yes. Google and Meta campaigns work well during the admission window. SEO keeps enquiries coming the rest of the year.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of campuses and how much the website needs. The free audit ends with a fixed monthly quote.
